Step 1: Contact Us

The client makes contact with Chris – in person, over the phone or through this website, to express interest.

Step 2: Free Consultation

The initial site visit and design consultation to discuss the goals of the project, the working budget and the timelines. We will exchange ideas with you and provide you with examples of our previous work so that you can feel comfortable. Depending on the complexity of the project, it may be possible to provide a site sketch at this stage to accompany a construction quote.

Step 3: Concept Plan

A concept plan allows the visualisation of ideas that have been discussed and possibly other elements drawn in. Often the clients are happy to proceed to a construction phase after agreeing to the initial plan or making adjustments. The initial concept plan is accompanied by an initial cost estimate.

Step 4: Master Plan

Some larger projects need council approval and greater construction details. A master plan will include all necessary drawings, material specifications and itemised cost estimate for the works.

Step 5: Construction

Each of our projects is managed by a dedicated Site Manager who will work closely with the client to ensure each project is completed on budget and on time. We encourage our clients to be involved through out the construction phase. We have regular site meetings with the client(s) to ensure the finished product fulfils the client’s needs. At the completion of the construction there is a final meeting to ensure the clients are completely satisfied before the final payment. Maintenance options can also be discussed.
